Hotel Cancellation Policy

Hotel Atithi Heritage applies the following retention charges:

A. If cancelled within 11 to 15 days of the date of arrival, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged as a retention charge.
B. If cancelled within 5 to 10 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the total billing amount will be charged as a retention charge.
C. If cancelled within 96 hours of the date of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay amount will be charged as a retention charge.
D. If a guest checks in and checks out before the departure date, the full amount will be charged as a retention charge.
E. If the guest cancels the booking 15 days before the booked date, a one-day cancellation charge will be taken. If the guest postpones the booking instead, this amount will be fully adjusted in the next booking. A postponed booking must be used within 3 months.
