1. Introduction

Welcome to Hotel Atithi Heritage. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 9:00 AM and check-out time is 7:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment or valid credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking for most reservations. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and online payments.

5. Cancellation Policy

Hotel Atithi Heritage applies the following retention charges. The same rules are published on our Cancellation Policy page.

  • A. If cancelled within 11 to 15 days of the date of arrival, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged as a retention charge.
  • B. If cancelled within 5 to 10 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the total billing amount will be charged as a retention charge.
  • C. If cancelled within 96 hours of the date of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay amount will be charged as a retention charge.
  • D. If a guest checks in and checks out before the departure date, the full amount will be charged as a retention charge.
  • E. If the guest cancels the booking 15 days before the booked date, a one-day cancellation charge will be taken. If the guest postpones the booking instead, this amount will be fully adjusted in the next booking. A postponed booking must be used within 3 months.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their belongings and any damage caused during their stay. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.

7. Liability

Hotel Atithi Heritage shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except where caused by our negligence. We recommend travel insurance for all guests.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
